NORDIC CULTURE CLUBS SCANDINAVIAN FESTIVAL VENDORS

All items sold must be in the character and spirit of Nordic Culture Clubs Scandinavian Festival and be representative of the Nordic theme. All work must be handcrafted by the Exhibitor or approved in advance. All other products must meet the Scandinavian theme criteria.    Vendors must have an executed application with paid booth space fee for participation. 

Craftsmanship and related products must be high quality and have an authentic Scandinavian connection. It also must be artist’s own work. Work that falls below quality standards, or work not representative of Scandinavia shall be removed at the discretion of Nordic Culture Clubs Scandinavian Festival.    Exhibitors and workers at the Nordic Culture Clubs Scandinavian Festival booths are encouraged to be in Nordic apparel such as bunads, Nordic sweaters, Viking clothes, etc.

Vendor is responsible for collecting and paying Minnesota sales tax. A Minnesota State tax permit number is required. To apply for a Minnesota Sales & Use Permit, please visit: https://www.revenue.state.mn.us/sales-and-use-tax
